3.5 stars, rounded up.
This dress is truly beautiful. The craftsmanship is ethereally excellent, from the shape of the gown to the carefully stitched, colorful, jewel-adorned embroidery. It isn't subtle, but if you don't mind a bit of attention, the dress can be appropriate for more casual settings, like a nice brunch or dinner. "Main character" vibes in the club, if you will. (Don't wear it to the club. This gown is above having randos spill their drinks on it.)
However, I ran into an issue that ultimately impacted my review of this gown. The chest was a little large for me despite custom measurements-- I suspect that my small, 32C bust is not large enough to fill out the size and shape of the cups-- so the dress relied upon the straps to stay up. However, the straps are meant to be decorative, and under the weight of this dress, one of them snapped. Sadly, without the strap, the dress is unwearable for me as it quickly falls below my bust. I am taking it to a tailor's soon to see if I can get the fit to be tighter around the bust and reinforce the strength of the straps.
I will still purchase from Teuta Matoshi because the quality and craftsmanship are truly divine, and the designs are unmatched. However, the extra effort I must take in order for this gown to be wearable makes me knock down the review to 3.5 stars. If you purchase this and you have a small bust like me, I would chat with CS in detail about the size and shape of your bust so you can get a better fit than I did. The typical bust measurements were not enough for me this time, and I plan to ask more about bust fit in the future.
