What is the return policy?

On "standard" sized dresses, returns are accepted if the dress is shipped back to us within the first three days of the delivery date. Dress has to be unused and in the same condition as received. If the dress is cleared out a refund(minus restocking fee) is processed within ten day after dress has been successfully returned to our facilities.

On "custom" sized dresses, only exchanges are accepted, which also should be shipped back within the first three days of delivery date. Please note that our dresses are made to order and they will be sewn according to the measurements you provide to us by website or whatsapp. 

There is a 200$ restocking fee per piece for any of the returned dresses. Any dress returned or exchanged (standard or customized) will have to be approved by email or whatsapp beforehand. Any dress shipped back without approval won't be accepted.

We offer free of charge shipping and returns on all dresses (excluding United States.) Shipping labels will be provided once a return has been approved. Please inquire by email or whatsapp to get the shipping labels.

Dresses that are requested to be shortened below 43 inch from "waist to floor" are non-returnable.

How long does it take for the item to be shipped?

Usually an item is shipped within 10 business days from the day that the order has been placed. 

What shipping carrier do we use?

We ship our items with DHL Express International which usually takes 2 to 4 business days worldwide.

Which country do you ship to?

We ship worldwide.
