However, during high-volume sales events, there may be a delay in the delivery timeline.

Is there an option for expedited delivery of my order?

For those who require quicker processing, select dresses may be available with expedited shipping options. Simply choose the desired shipping option at checkout.

Which delivery service do you utilize?

Our products are dispatched globally via DHL Express courier service.

Are import taxes and duties included in the prices?

It is important to note that all orders may incur customs duties, which are dependent on the recipient's country of residence. These fees are not covered by Teuta Matoshi and will be collected by DHL upon the arrival of your order in customs. In order for your package to be released, it is necessary to pay any applicable customs duties.

What is the return policy?

At Teuta Matoshi, we offer both standard size and custom size dresses and other items. For standard size items, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn and unused products. All shipping charges are non-refundable and the initial shipping cost will not be included in the refund of the purchase price. Custom size and customized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to their made-to-order nature. However, if there are any issues with the craftsmanship or quality, please reach out to us and we will work to resolve the issue. Import taxes and duties are non-refundable and the responsibility of the recipient to pay at the time of delivery. Items purchased on sale cannot be returned or exchanged. What is the difference between standard and custom size?

Is there a delay in processing for "custom size" orders?

At Teuta Matoshi, we take pride in handcrafting each gown to perfection. The time it takes for both standard and custom size gowns to be delivered is approximately the same, with a range of three to eight weeks from the date of purchase. This delivery timeline may vary based on the shipping option selected at checkout.

Is it possible to cancel an order?

Due to the handmade nature of each Teuta Matoshi gown, please contact us a soon as possible to request a cancellation.
