Delivery & Returns

Production & Delivery
All dresses are made to order. From order date to delivery it takes approximately 2 to 4 weeks, including production and shipping. Each dress is carefully made to order, moving through teams of pattern making, sewing, designer approval, and quality inspection before being shipped.

We ship worldwide with carriers such as UPS or DHL Express.

Returns & Exchanges
Standard-sized items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn and in original condition.

Import Taxes & Duties
Orders may be subject to import taxes and duties set by your country. These are collected by DHL or UPS at delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.

These charges are not refundable by us.
